Eaton has been awarded a multi-million-dollar project to deliver grid modernization solutions for Snohomish County Public Utility District (PUD) in Washington state.

As EPB CEO David Wade announced he will retire by fall of 2026, the EPB Board concluded its leadership planning process by naming Janet Rehberg, currently EPB's President of Strategic Initiatives, to serve as President & CEO-elect during the remainder of Wade’s tenure, the Tennessee public power utility said on Sept. 19.

The Tennessee Valley Authority and Type One Energy announced on Sept. 19 that TVA has issued a Letter of Intent (LOI) to Type One Energy regarding the utility’s interest in the potential deployment of Type One Energy’s fusion power plant technology at the former Bull Run Fossil site once it is commercially ready.

The South Carolina Association of Municipal Power Systems recently announced that it is changing its name to Palmetto Power Cities.
