The Association will spend an estimated 5.07% of members’ dues payments on lobbying activities in 2019 (based on the average of our previous three years of lobbying activity).
We are providing this information for purposes of Lobbying Disclosure Act reporting obligations. Pursuant to changes in guidance issued by the Clerk of the U.S. House of Representatives and the Secretary of the U.S. Senate, the portion of dues payments to trade associations attributable to lobbying activities must be reported in the quarter in which the dues are paid.
