Powering Strong Communities

Risk Management

Public power utilities operate in a complex environment where effective risk management is crucial. Risk management encompasses the planning, structures, and processes that help utilities identify, assess, and mitigate risks such as cybersecurity threats, regulatory changes, and supply chain disruptions. By proactively addressing these challenges, utilities can ensure continuous and reliable service, protect their financial health, and maintain public trust.
