Rodeo Vendor Expo
Tent and Trailer Space Show
The Rodeo and Rodeo Vendor Expo will take place at Placer County's @ The Grounds event space at 700 Event Center Dr. in Roseville, California, March 28 - 29. We will provide you with a complimentary 10x10 tent (if you request it), a table, and two chairs OR space for your own tent/trailer/truck. If you need to rent tents or additional tables or chairs, please use this form.

Expo Schedule
The expo will take place at the same location in Roseville, California. Twenty-four-hour security will be provided Wednesday, March 26 - Sunday, March 30.
Wednesday, March 26
- 8 am to 5 pm - Setup for those with tents and/or trailers and trucks
Thursday, March 27
- 7 am to 5 pm - Setup for those with tents and/or trailers and trucks
Friday, March 28 (Vendor Expo, Training Courses, Rodeo Registration, Pre-Rodeo Meetings, and Evening Celebration)
- 7 am to 5 pm - Setup for those with tents only who can't set up on March 26 or 27. Vehicles will not be allowed to set up on Friday.
- 5 to 9 pm - Vendor Expo is open/Family Fun Celebration
Saturday, March 29 (Vendor Expo and Rodeo Competition)
- No Vendor set-up allowed
- 7:30 am to 3 pm - Rodeo Competition
- 7:30 am to 3 pm - Vendor Expo is open
- 3pm to 5pm - Vendor teardown
Sunday, March 30 (Expo Teardown)
