Rodeo Vendor Expo
The expo will take place at the Cajun Field, 2351 West Congress Street in Lafayette, Louisiana. Twenty-four-hour security will be provided Wednesday, April 3 - Sunday, April 7 at 5 pm. 

Wednesday, April 3

  • ​​​​​8 am to 5 pm - Setup for those with tents and/or trailers and trucks

Thursday, April 4

  • 7 am to 5 pm - Setup for those with tents and/or trailers and trucks

Friday, April 5 (Vendor Expo, Training Courses, Rodeo Registration, Pre-Rodeo Meetings, and Evening Celebration) 

  • 7 am to 5 pm - Setup for those with tents only who can't set up on April 3 or 4. Vehicles will not be allowed to set up on Friday. 
  • 5 to 9 pm - Vendor Expo is open/Family Fun Celebration

Saturday, April 6 (Vendor Expo and Rodeo Competition) 

  • No Vendor set-up allowed
  • 7:30 am to 3 pm - Rodeo Competition
  • 7:30 am to 3 pm - Vendor Expo is open
  • 3 pm - Vendor teardown. Move out must be completed by 5 pm Sunday, April 7. If you are unable to do so, please make prior arrangements by emailing [email protected].

Items Provided 
We will provide you with a complimentary 10x10 (if you requested it) with a table and two chairs OR space for your own tent/trailer/truck. If you requested access to electricity, please bring a long extension cord. If you need to rent tents, tables, or chairs, please use this form

Rodeo Grounds Contact Person 
Lafayette Utilities System staff will help you find your specific location in the expo area. If you need help finding your exhibit location during set-up, please contact Brad Eldridge at 337-577-5822.

Complimentary Awards Banquet Tickets 
If you requested complimentary banquet tickets when you registered, the tickets will be provided to you at the Vendor Expo on Friday.

If you purchased space in the Rodeo program, please email your ad in hi-resolution PDF formats for both 1-color and 4-color CMYK to [email protected]. Your ad must be either a full-page ad no bleed: 8" x 10.5" or a full page ad with bleed: 8.5" x 11" with ¼” bleed.

  • Email the name, title, email, and cell phone number of your representative who will be doing the live, one-minute welcome at the Rodeo Opening Ceremony (Competition Sponsor only) or Rodeo Banquet (Awards Banquet Sponsor only) to [email protected]
  • Email [email protected] if you want to provide a gift for the top Journeyman team and Apprentice. This is an optional opportunity. Gifts will be presented to the winners at the Awards Banquet. The total number of gifts needed is five (Four for the Journeyman team and one for the Apprentice).
