Michele Lemmon rejoined American Municipal Power, Inc., in 2020 as Manager of Public Relations and Digital Media, was named Manager of Executive Communications in 2023 and was promoted to her current position in 2024. Lemmon previously served as a Staff Writer with the organization from 1991 to 1994. Prior to returning to AMP, she served as Director of Public Relations and Account Services for GREENCREST, a full-service integrated marketing agency in Columbus, Ohio, and as a freelance writer for The Columbus Dispatch and Columbus Monthly. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and an associate degree in supervision from Purdue University. She is a 2022 recipient of the AMP Employee Innovator Award.
