Lotus Infrastructure Partners, LP and Caithness Energy, L.L.C. announced that Lotus has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the economic interests in Caithness Long Island Energy Center, a highly efficient 365-megawatt natural gas fired power generation asset located in Suffolk

Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises Inc. on Sept. 10 announced the signing of a strategic partnership agreement with Denham Capital’s Sustainable Infrastructure arm to jointly pursue opportunities to generate power to support the increased demand from data centers in the U.S. and Europe.

The Utility Board for Florida public power utility Keys Energy Services on Sept. 10 held a public hearing and approved the utility’s Fiscal Year 2026 budget and five-year financial plan. The approved FY 2026 budget for KEYS is $125 million.
