Thirty-three individuals have completed the APPA Academy’s Key Accounts Certificate Program in the past year. The graduates were honored during APPA’s annual Customer Connections Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The Key Accounts Certificate Program is designed to show public power key account managers and representatives how to nurture strategic relationships and build trust and loyalty. Graduates in the program must complete required coursework, pass an exam, and complete a capstone project within one year of either signing up for the virtual option or taking the in-person courses.
