Meena has oversight of the American Public Power Association’s brand, public relations, news publications, digital and social platforms, and all corporate communications and helps to raise awareness of public power. She has helped to significantly increase public engagement and exposure across multiple channels. Meena has served in trade association leadership since 2005 and spearheaded branding, advocacy communications, web and social media, and marketing initiatives in education, healthcare, and energy. She holds a master’s degree in public communication from American University and a Harvard Executive Education certificate in strategic frameworks for nonprofit organizations.
