Event Overview
This webinar is designed for member utilities looking for practical, real world guidance on installing and using network sensors in their operational technology (OT) environments to enhance their organization's security posture. The discussion will draw on hands on lessons learned from APPA’s OT Insight (CR7) and ICS CyberShield (CR15) programs, which support utilities in deploying OT sensors and monitoring tools.
The session will walk through what utilities should think about before, during, and after installing sensors—what tends to work well, what commonly causes frustration, and mistakes to avoid. The goal is to help utilities better understand how to get value from sensors over time, not just install them and move on.
