Springfield Utility Board (SUB) is requesting proposals from firms to help develop a written Strategic Plan that incorporates five-year measurable goals and objectives. The selected Consultant will be responsible for assisting SUB’s Board and General Manager with development of a final scope of services for the Strategic Plan.
