The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority is soliciting a request for Quotation for the following:

RFQ-05-25 SUPPLY OF LOW SULFUR & ULTRA LOW SULFUR DIESEL FOR ST. 
THOMAS & ST. CROIX, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS GENERATING FACILITIES
