The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority is soliciting quotations for the following:

RFQ-02-24 O&M (Operate and Maintain) Services for the Randolph Harley Power Plant RFQ

Please note that the last day for submitting any questions to this proposal is Thursday, January 4, 2024, at 3:00 p.m, AST. Responses to questions submitted in accordance with this request for proposal shall be transmitted to offerors no later than, Thursday, January 19, 2024, at 4:00 p.m., AST.

A complete copy of the quotation must be submitted electronically in PDF format
on or before, Friday, January 19, 2024, at 10:00 am AST to contractservices@viwapa.vi.

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
