The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority is soliciting proposals for the following:
PR-03-23 LINE CREW AND OTHER SUPPLMENTAL RESOURCES FOR RESTORATION OF ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS AFTER EMERGENCY, HURRICANE, OR OTHER DISASTER
