Lincoln Electric System (LES) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the purpose of selecting a Power Generation Engineering Consultant to assist with the master planning associated with adding potential future dispatchable electrical generating resources. The additional resources must be able to provide dispatchable energy as required by LES’ regional transmission organization, the Southwest Power Pool (SPP). The resources will be located within existing LES generating facilities in the Lincoln area and will be owned and operated by LES personnel.
