Northern California Power Agency (NCPA) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to develop an Inter-Agency Resource Plan (IARP) based on NCPA Members’ Integrated Resource Plans (IRP). The objective of this IARP is to evaluate the electricity generation resource currently owned and operated by NCPA, and to map a future course for this portfolio of assets through 2045. In addition, this IARP must identify new opportunities for NCPA to own/operate new assets or enter into Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) for resources to meet Members’ needs.
