The City seeks to retain the services of a qualified Proposer to provide, on an as-needed basis, with the expert advice, analysis, and assistance on planning for and implementing the City's Acquisition of the PG&E electric distribution and transmission assets needed to provide electric service in San Francisco. In particular, the consultant may be asked to assist on transitioning PG&E assets, workforce integration, operational readiness, and negotiations.
