BID NOTICE

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority is soliciting bids for the following:

IB-01-26 Security Guard Services for St. Thomas, St. John, and St. Croix Districts

Please note that all inquiries/communication during the bidding process must be sent directly to contractservices@viwapa.vi. No contact with other personnel from the Authority regarding this bid is permitted other than the Contract Administration Personnel. 

Offerors are invited to submit bids for selected islands or as a package for services territory-wide. 

A complete copy of the bid must be submitted electronically in PDF format on or before 10:00 a.m. AST on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, to contractservices@viwapa.vi. 

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority reserves the right to accept or reject 
any or all bids. 

“For federally funded projects a DUNS number will be required for the selected bidder.”
