Conway Corporation (Conway, Arkansas) is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive electric cost-of-service study and rate design for its electric utility. The project will evaluate Conway’s revenue requirements, financial history, capital improvement plans, and cost allocation methodologies to ensure rates equitably reflect the cost of providing service to each customer class.

The selected consultant will analyze existing customer classifications, rate and fee structures, power, transmission, and distribution costs, and develop recommendations for updated rate designs that support financial sustainability, adequate reserves, and long-term capital and operational needs.
