California Community Power (CC Power) issues a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking clean generation and energy storage projects that can meet mid-term reliability, resource adequacy and Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) goals. Additionally, CC Power is interested in a range of projects for potential ownership, leveraging the benefits of the Inflation Reduction Act. Further, CC Power is seeking projects that can retain ITC eligibility by meeting the start of construction guidelines in the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (O3BA). CC Power is also seeking responses to its Request for Information track on emerging technologies such as gas with carbon capture, small modular nuclear reactors, hydrogen, and alternative storage technologies.
