Through this Request for Offers, the City seeks to purchase energy and associated Environmental Attributes and capacity attributes, (and Resource Adequacy capacity, if available) from new Eligible Renewable Energy Resources, located within five (5) miles of an eligible Disadvantaged Community for CleanPowerSF to supply the Disadvantaged Communities Green Tariff (“DAC-GT”) program.
