Modesto Irrigation District, a publicly owned electric utility in Modesto, California, has published an RFO for the solicitation of competitive offers for short-term PCC1 and PCC3 Products.

The RFO solicits product offers with a minimum delivery of 50,000 and up to a maximum of 200,000 PCC1 Bundled RECs per calendar year and a minimum of 20,000 and up to a maximum of 40,000 PCC3 RECs per calendar year for the 2024-2027 period from eligible renewable energy resources.
