A summary report of average revenue per kilowatt-hour for all U.S. electric utilities for calendar year 2022, organized by state. The report contains national and state averages by type of ownership, as well as individual averages for each utility in the country. Utilities can use this report to see how their average rates for each customer class compare to all utilities in their state, other types of utilities, and neighboring utilities.
The report is only available for members of the American Public Power Association.
