The North American Energy Markets Association recently posted a request for proposals to its members on behalf of the Southwestern Power Administration.
Southwestern Power Administration, a Power Marketing Administration, is issuing this RFP to meet its firm power commitments.
Southwestern intends to award one or more Purchase Power Contracts for firm schedulable/dispatchable capacity and associated energy in quantities of minimum 20 megawatts (MW) up to a combined total of 200 MW deliverable to Southwestern’s transmission system.
