As part of its continued commitment to community engagement, California public power utility Pasadena Water and Power is launching a new virtual platform designed to foster ongoing dialogue with customers about electric rates, utility programs, incentives, and services.

The engagement hub provides a centralized space where residents and businesses can learn more about PWP’s services, access resources, and share their perspectives on topics that impact their daily lives. 

Customer feedback will play a key role in guide rate design and future program offerings, the utility said.
