Wisconsin public power utility Manitowoc Public Utilities is celebrating all things power with its Tour Days event on August 13.
MPU will be hosting power plant tours, its parking lot will have electric distribution demonstrations and a bucket truck to explore, treats and giveaways will be offered while available, and more.
“Our power plant is an important part of what we do to serve our community. We love the opportunity to open the doors and share about electric generation," said Troy Adams, General Manager of Manitowoc Public Utilities.
