The portal alos offers more ways to pay including AutoPay, Pay-by-Text to the utility's self-service digital assistant and live, local customer service available 24/7/365.

Backed by the latest encryption and security protocols, the upgraded portal safeguards your personal and financial data while offering more flexibility than ever before.

"Since launching the improved payment portal in 2024, customer participation has increased significantly—demonstrating a strong demand for easier, faster, and more secure ways to pay," EPB said.
