Colorado Springs Utilities is giving its customers the opportunity to weigh on the brick color and design for the perimeter wall around a new substation.
“We want the final look of the substation wall to reflect the community’s preference and can do that while staying within our planned budget,” the public power utility said.
Via its social media channels, the utility provided customers with a link to weigh in on a number of options.
