The American Public Power Association is offering its member utilities a wide variety of resources to help them highlight and celebrate Public Power Week 2025, which is October 5-11.
Public power utilities across the U.S. celebrate Public Power Week during the first full week of October every year to help customers and stakeholders understand how they can better engage with their community-owned utility and benefit from all its offerings.
Related resources are updated annually, July-September.
“We encourage you to use the sample resources and templates to spread the word and help celebrate in your community,” APPA said.
The theme for 2025 is "2,000 utilities. One purpose.”
APPA resources are available for members to update and customize to fit their needs.
