APPA has announced the members of the 2026 Public Power Lineworkers Rodeo Executive Committee, a dedicated group of leaders who will guide the planning and execution of one of the most anticipated events in public power.

Executive Committee Members are:

  • Cody Raveling, Minnesota Municipal Utilities Association - Chair, Executive Committee
  • Jeremy Ash, Kansas City Board of Public Utilities, KS -  Executive Committee
  • Shawn Blomgren, Tennessee Valley Public Power Association - Executive Committee
  • Danette Scudder, Tennessee Valley Public Power Association - Executive Committee

Master Judges are:

  • Gaspareni Dixon, Memphis Light, Gas & Water, TN - Journeyman Master Judge
  • Michael Munn, Sacramento Municipal Utility District - Apprentice Master Judge

APPA, the Executive Committee, and the rodeo planning committee extend their appreciation to Aaron Haderle of Kissimmee Utility Authority, who will be retiring in January. 

Haderle has served as Chair of the Executive Committee with distinction, bringing passion, leadership, and deep commitment to the Rodeo and the lineworker community, APPA noted. His contributions have helped elevate the event and inspire the next generation of public power professionals.

The 2026 Public Power Lineworkers Rodeo will be hosting by Huntsville Utilities, March 27-28 in Huntsville, Alabama. Registration will open in November.
