Kathryn Pohlman, MPA, is the Sustainability Manager at Nashville Electric Service, where she leads initiatives that advance sustainability, innovation, and community engagement. She brings more than a decade of sustainability leadership experience, having previously served as Chief Sustainability Officer at the University of North Carolina Wilmington and Assistant Director of Environmental Management and Sustainability at Cape Fear Public Utility Authority. Throughout her career, Kathryn has built partnerships, driven environmental programs, and promoted innovative solutions that benefit both organizations and the communities they serve. For the past year, she has also managed the Corporate Communications team at NES, supporting a customer-first strategy and building out the emergency communications playbooks.
