Matt Gizmunt leads Grid Participation at Bellawatt, educating and engaging commercial and residential customers on the benefits of their participation in flexible energy programs, smart grid technology, and electric vehicle integration. Since 2023 he has led Bellawatt's work on SmartHours, the Vermont Public Power Supply Authority's hourly EV charging rate, from the discovery interviews with member utilities through the program's first year.
