As a Senior Manager, Controller, and Auditor at the Snohomish County Public Utility District—and an APPA member representative of GASB’s Governmental Accounting Standards Advisory Council—Shawn has a talent for making complex topics accessible and engaging. His experience as an adjunct professor at Wenatchee Valley College further highlights his ability to communicate clearly and connect with learners.
