Energy Northwest announced that Marcus Harris has been named senior vice president and chief financial officer.
He brings more than two decades of leadership in financial strategy and operational excellence. Since joining Energy Northwest in 2025, he has served as chief of executive projects and chief administrative officer.
He previously served as chief financial officer and deputy chief operating officer at the Bonneville Power Administration, leading finances and operations across 31 hydroelectric projects, 15,000 miles of transmission infrastructure, and North America’s largest fish and wildlife mitigation program.
His expertise in public power finance and large-scale operations will support Energy Northwest’s future energy projects and continued financial strength, Energy Northwest said.
