With a background spanning mathematics and education, and credentials as a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Certified Energy Auditor (CEA), Katelyn is known for bridging technical concepts with practical, community?focused implementation. A collaborative partner to municipal light plants and industry stakeholders, she translates complex information into clear, actionable strategies that advance beneficial electrification and decarbonization. She also actively supports women?s leadership in the sector as a current committee member and formerly as Board Member and Mentorship Chair for the Council of Women in Energy and Environmental Leadership (CWEEL).
