The Tennessee Valley Authority is interested in reviewing proposals for new energy and capacity resources for possible Power Purchase Agreement(s) and/or Energy Storage Agreement(s) within its 2026 Resource Solicitation Cluster Request for Proposals.
TVA said it is seeking up to 1,500 megawatts of new natural gas generation and will review proposals for other new energy/capacity resources.
Proposed resources must be interconnected directly to TVA facilities under TVA’s Large Generator Interconnection Procedure and meet eligibility requirements to enter TVA’s Resource Solicitation Cluster interconnection study.
Resources identified in TVA’s resource plan may also be considered alongside those selected through this RFP.
Interested parties should register on the Power Advocate platform no later than February 18, 2026.
