Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for approximately 3,000 MW of New Flexible Generation Capacity, as part of a broader strategy to strengthen the resilience and reliability of Puerto Rico’s electric system. The RFQ was issued by the Puerto Rico Public-Private Partnerships Authority, in collaboration with the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority.
