Wesley House Family Services (WHFS) recently recognized Keys Energy Services (KEYS) with a "Community Partner" award at their Annual Meeting.

KEYS, a Florida public power utility, received this honor for its outstanding dedication and long-term support of the organization, benefiting the children and families of Monroe County, Fla.

During the award presentation, WHFS highlighted several key areas of sustained commitment from KEYS. KEYS’ employees, through the Employee Activities Committee, have consistently donated toys and gift cards to children within the WHFS program during the holiday season.

Since 2023, KEYS employees have donated over 100 hours of volunteer service through the company’s "Days of Giving" initiative, to assist with the setup required for the annual WHFS Holiday Village. The utility also enhanced the Village's festive atmosphere by donating large holiday decorations previously used on KEYS’ float in the City of Key West’s Holiday Parade.

"We are honored to receive the Community Partner award from Wesley House," said Lynne Tejeda, KEYS’ General Manager & CEO. "Our commitment goes beyond providing power, it's about powering the community through service. Our employees take immense pride in supporting local organizations like WHFS."
