APPA is soliciting proposals for an application platform for APPA’s Cybersecurity Accelerator Program (CAP). CAP will allow members to self-assess, demonstrate, and support targeted improvements in their cybersecurity capabilities. APPA is looking for a vendor to provide a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform to host the underlying CAP assessment questionnaire, as well as associated technical services. This RFP is based upon work supported by the Department of Energy under Award Number DE-CR0000026.
