The Northern California Power Agency (NCPA) is soliciting proposals from an individual or a firm (“Consultant”) to advise and assist NCPA and its members in developing and executing effective federal legislative and regulatory strategies to protect and advance the interests of NCPA and its members relative to federal legislative and regulatory matters.
