Rodeo Vendor Expo
The expo will take place at John Hunt Park event space at 2180 Airport Road, SW, Huntsville, Alabama. Twenty-four-hour security will be provided Wednesday, March 25 - Sunday, March 29. 
Wednesday, March 25
- 8 am to 5 pm - Setup for those with tents and/or trailers and trucks
Thursday, March 26
- 7 am to 5 pm - Setup for those with tents and/or trailers and trucks
Friday, March 27 (Vendor Expo, Training Courses, Rodeo Registration, Pre-Rodeo Meetings, and Evening Celebration)
- 7 am to 5 pm - Setup for those with tents only who can't set up on March 26 or March 27. Vehicles will not be allowed to set up on Friday.
- 5 to 7 pm - Vendor Expo is open/Family Fun Celebration (for utility competitors and family)
Saturday, March 28 (Vendor Expo and Rodeo Competition)
- No Vendor set-up allowed
- 7:30 am to 3 pm - Rodeo Competition
- 7:30 am to 3 pm - Vendor Expo is open
- 3pm to 5pm - Vendor teardown
Sunday, March 29 (Expo Teardown)
- 7am - 3pm - Vendor teardown
- If you are unable to complete teardown by this time, please make prior arrangements by emailing Sponsorship@PublicPower.org
Items Provided 
We will provide you with a complimentary 10x10 (if you requested it) with a table and two chairs OR space for your own tent/trailer/truck. If you need to rent tents, tables, or chairs, please use this form - coming soon

Returning Shipments After Rodeo
Return shipment arrangements need to be coordinated by the equipment owners. Return shipping instructions/labels and any bills of lading need to be included with the equipment/shipment.
Container Specifications
Shipping containers should not exceed 8’(W) x 10’(L) x 8’(H). Lifting points that are capable of safely supporting the suspended load are preferred for each container. Any containers that exceed this specification are subject to not being delivered to the rodeo grounds.

If you purchased space in the Rodeo program, please email your ad in hi-resolution PDF formats for both 1-color and 4-color CMYK to Sponsorship@PublicPower.org. Your ad must be either a full-page ad no bleed: 8" x 10.5" or a full page ad with bleed: 8.5" x 11" with ¼” bleed.

- Email Sponsorship@PublicPower.org if you want to provide a gift for the top Journeyman team and Apprentice. This is an optional opportunity. Gifts will be presented to the winners at the Awards Banquet. The total number of gifts needed is five (Four for the Journeyman team and one for the Apprentice).
