The Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority, on behalf of the Government of the US Virgin Islands, is soliciting proposals to secure Turnaround Management Consulting Services to assess the status of the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority and provide recommendations on how to generate water and power efficiently, reliably and in the most cost-effective manner possible.
