OUC is seeking a Consultant for the development of a 5-year electric pricing roadmap (“Roadmap”) which will be used as a guide for restructuring OUC’s residential and general service rates in order to reduce intra-class subsidies. Given the evolving technology affecting the use of traditional electric utility services, OUC is seeking a Consultant to develop this Roadmap as a guide for OUC pricing in response to this changing technology. The Consultant should anticipate engagement with multiple internal stakeholders as well as the Florida Public Service Commission (“FPSC”). The Roadmap will be developed over multiple tasks which will include a review of OUC’s current retail electric pricing, development of key assumptions, prioritization, development of optimal rate structure(s) with a Roadmap to get there, recommendations and delivery of reports, analysis and presentations to OUC senior leadership, OUC Board, FPSC, key stakeholde rs, the public, and interested parties.
