The Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority is requesting proposals from qualified grant writing firms. Prior to submitting a Proposal, Bidders are advised to carefully read the instructions included in the RFP and any solicitation attachments/exhibits. The term is expected to be for three (3) years with two (2) one-year options to renew.
