The Municipal Energy Agency of Nebraska (MEAN) is requesting information on available energy, capacity, and ancillary service options for delivery to its WECC load. MEAN is technology agnostic and will consider all generation resources. The purpose of this RFI is twofold: MEAN has near term needs that could necessitate an energy and capacity transaction. The information gathered will also be utilized in MEAN’s upcoming integrated resource plan.
