APPA would like to extend this invitation to bid on the following as part of the APPA-Department of Energy Cooperative Agreement DE-OE Programmatic Collaboration and Coordination with Public Power Utilities.

The focus is on strategic energy sector technology; investments and policies leading to improved security; reliability, resilience, and recovery; grid operation, modernization, and associated technologies; and related energy sector climate change mitigation.

The deadline for proposals is as follows:

• OE Programmatic Collaboration: 5:00 PM (EST), March 31, 2023.

RFP Updates

Regarding the Energy Transition Community RFP posted on March 15, 2023:

• PDF Page 10, PROPOSAL PREPARATION Part Three, Bullet No. 2 states:
  
  "Provide the name and a statement of qualifications of the proposer's Key personnel. Key personnel are defined as the Project Manager and Risk Management Subject Matter Expert."
  
  This was an error on our part, the RFP does not require a Risk Management Subject Matter Expert for this project, only a Project Manager.

Please note the correction below for the e-mail address to bid on the subject contract:

• PDF page 12, section VI. Response listed the email address with a space in it. This is the email where responses are supposed to be submitted – please see the correction below with no space.
