Safety Webinar – Creating a Safety Culture
Establishing and maintaining a culture of safety at a utility is a multi-step process that requires buy-in from all utility employees. In order to be successful, the culture of safety must span across the utility, from the office environment to the field.
This webinar will cover the elements that can contribute to establishing a culture of safety at a utility, such as building employee character and morale, ensuring proper training, balancing discipline with commendation, and empowering employees to grow leaders.
