Join us for a 90-minute trolley tour of the electrical facilities of Keys Energy Services, the local public power utility that “powers paradise.”  Stop to explore Florida Municipal Power Agency’s seven generating units that offer backup generation for this island community.

There is no charge for the tour, but we do ask that you register in advance. Guests are welcome.

2019 Conference Registration Fees

Members: $645

Nonmembers: $1,290 

Register before December 7, 2018 to take advantage of these early registration prices. Registration fees will increase $50 after December 7. 



The following meals/food functions are included in the registration fee:

  • Sunday: Reception (light appetizers)
  • Monday: Continental breakfast and lunch
  • Tuesday: Continental breakfast


Guests of Joint Action Conference attendees are welcome to attend the reception on Sunday. There is no registration fee for guests. You will have an opportunity to provide your guests' name when you register, if you would like a printed name badge for your guest.


Cancellation Policy

Registrants who cancel in writing on or before Dec. 28, 2018, are entitled to a refund of their registration fee, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Registrants who cancel after Dec. 28 will not receive a refund, but attendee substitutions will be allowed for the 2019 Joint Action Conference only. Registrants and no-shows who do not cancel on or before Dec. 28 are responsible for the full registration fee and are not entitled to a refund. If not, you may be charged a higher rate. The room block may sell out before December 14, so early reservations are encouraged.
