New officers for the American Public Power Association's business and financial section and committees were named at the closing session of the association's 2016 Business and Financial Conference in San Antonio, Texas on Sept. 21.
Carol Butler, corporate performance director, Seattle City Light, Washington, will chair APPA's business and financial section in 2016/2017.
David Werley, group manager of business and customer operations, Bryan Texas Utilities, is vice chair.
Lisa Hale, vice president for consumer services at Nebraska's Lincoln Electric System will chair the Customer Accounting & Services Committee, while Elaine Kelly-Diaz, vice president for customer account management at Austin Energy in Texas, will serve as vice chair.
Jeff McCauley, chief financial officer at Greenville Utilities Commission in North Carolina will chair the General Accounting, Finance & Audit Committee, while Laura Kapustka, chief financial officer, financial services, at LES will serve as vice chair.
Cheryl Anderson, director of training at Florida Municipal Electric Association will chair the Human Resources and Training Committee, while Vicki Petro, director of human resources at Maryland's Easton Utilities Commission will serve as vice chair.
Becky Lehman, technology director at Michigan's Holland Board of Public Works will chair the Information Technology Committee and Jason Hansen, chief technology officer at Conway Corporation in Arkansas will serve as vice chair.
Mark Haddad, financial manager for City of Redding Electric Utility in California, will chair the Pricing and Market Analysis Committee, while Eric Campbell, manager of financial planning and analysis at Pasadena Water & Power in California will serve as vice chair.
