New officers for the Business & Financial section and planning committees were named at the closing session of the American Public Power Association’s 2022 Business & Financial Conference in Savannah, Georgia.
Andrew Fusco, Vice President, Member Services and Corporate Planning, ElectriCities of North Carolina will chair APPA’s Business & Financial Section in 2021-2022. Lisa Hough, Director – Legal Operations, Omaha Public Power District, Nebraska is vice chair.
Patricia (Trish) Waugh, Business and Customer Care Manager, Stowe Electric Department, Vermont will chair the Human Resources Planning Committee and Tammye Riley, Director of Operations, Kerrville Public Utility Board, Texas, will serve as vice chair.
Jared Price, Chief Technology Officer, American Municipal Power, Inc., Columbus, Ohio will chair the Information Technology Planning Committee and Andrew Anderson, Director of Information Technology, Greenville Utilities Commission, North Carolina will serve as vice chair.
Chau Nguyen, Director of Analytical Services, Electric Cities of Georgia, Atlanta, Georgia will chair the Rates & Pricing Planning Committee; Doug Handley, Director of Finance, Rates and Power Supply, Paducah Power System, Kentucky will serve as vice chair.
Tom Spencer, Senior Director, Enterprise and Operational Risk Management, New York Power Authority, White Plains, New York will chair the Risk Management & Insurance Committee; Kyle Gibbs, Insurance Risk Management Program Manager, Colorado Springs Utilities, Colorado will serve as vice chair.
Dan La Haye, Senior Manager, Baker Tilly, will serve as the Advisory Officer of the Accounting & Finance Planning Committee.
